location was peaceful and marvellous, and the place was unique base for one night. the staff were amicable every time i dealt with them. location: the hotel was near the centre of town, bars, restaurants, and center of the city.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak tbh and there was very hard bed in my room.

The room was super clean and had its own entrance, which I liked. the staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. 😊

Die Villa Toivo war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Rovaniemi. Gemütlich und geräumig, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einer entspannenden Sauna und bequemen Betten. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch nah genug am Stadtzentrum. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell und hilfreich. Alles in allem eine fantastische Wahl für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Lappland.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, as it was situated very close to the town center and all its attractions. the hotel provided bottled water and a well-stocked tea tray, which proved to be very convenient. the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The beds were not very comfortable and one bed in particular was quite hard. the hotel was located near a busy road, so there was a lot of noise from the traffic.

During my Easter stay, I found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean. It was a pleasant surprise to find that our towels were changed every day. The variety of food and drinks offered in the restaurant were also impressive. The hotel's easy access to the local attractions and countryside added to our enjoyment.

We found that the scrambled eggs tasted strange and the steak was not cooked well. We also had difficulties finding somewhere to eat on Sunday evening when the restaurant was closed, and the lack of milk and paper cups in the room was a minor inconvenience.
